I have been using this off and on for many years to help my hair out when it is dried or over processed. I bleach my hair every few weeks and it is heat styled everyday so sometimes gets a bit frazzled. This,alongside the matching conditioner and the leave in treatment in the same range really help my hair look soft again. Definitely worth the price point. Aveda products are amazing.
