Ok, tones but not for long
This did tone my hair nicely but it didn't seem to last that long. It banished brassiness and brought cooler tones but not white as advertised. It says to do it fairly frequently which would be expensive. Imay use regularly if it was half the price but for a maintenance product I think it's too pricey.

I got this as the second part to the London Bleach kit. Once I bleached my hair down to lightest level I applied the toner, I was taken from pale yellow to pure white. I can not recommend this enough
