Leaves hair healthy shiny and nourished my only down side was after I used it as a pre treatment it keft my hair feeling a little bit oily though that be could be down to user error. I love this product. I have fine hair so only need to use a little. It makes such a difference to my hair, I go from having fry damaged ends to shiny healthy looking hair.
