Works well

I've tried other lip primers before and for price it's better than expensive ones. It's moisturises lips slightly and very subtle at leaving my highly pigmented lips a bit more neutral so that the lip balm, tint or lipstick colour looks as it should on the lips as it looks in the tube. I will re purchase
