It’s ok for the price
It does have an oily consistency but it worked alright, if I was going to use something more frequently I would buy UD primer potion but as I only do proper eye make up occasionally it’s not worth it. I have hooded eyes and this stopped my eyeshadow rubbing off

This base is quite thin and watery, you may need to layer to get a good coverage, found that my shadow creased through the night.

Good but not perfect
Accidently ordered 2, gave one to a friend whos more oily and she liked it more than me, I have drier skin. Just make sure to hydrate the eyes and let the serum/moisturiser dry for at least 20 minutes.
