Made Hair dry
I have curly Afro hair. I use something water based whenever I do my hair curly. I thought this would level up my hair routine unfortunately it made my hair dry and crunchy sometimes it stuck together. My curls were somehow more frizzy and less define. Sitting it out the day after was a nightmare. It took me a few uses to figure out this was the problem product. I’ll stick to water in future.

I love Aveda products. I’ve been using the heat protector spray & damage control for 20+ years. I used to have bleached blonde hair & this product really protected me from the straightening irons. I use a combination of Opalex & Aveda products now as both sulphur free & I trust & find work the best for conditioning & protection intensity. I have naturally curly hair so straightening really takes a toll on my hair but these products make a huge difference in its silkiness & protection so worth every penny & last ages!

It’s a good product, nice smell. I think it works well. Aveda is a reputable company and do good product if in doubt I would say buy it. However, I have found I prefer a few different products in place of this one. So in short not worth the price for me as it is in the mid to high price range but they do work well enough.
