Great highlighter that blends really well. I just draw a line on face and smudge with the blender. More of a champagne tone than golden which I prefer.

I don't get tinted highlighters, and on fair/light skin the colour shows really strongly rwgaedless of whether you have make up underneath or not. I couldn't apply this on my nose or chin without it looking weird, even a bit clownish.
