Purify and pamper thin, lacklustre hair with the Christophe Robin Cleansing Volumizing Paste with Pure Rassoul Clay and Rose Extracts – a deep cleansing, shampoo-like treatment with a unique consistency and volume-boosting benefits.

The 85% natural-based formula transforms upon application from a paste-like texture into a lightweight foam, with pure Rassoul Mineral Clay, rich in trace-elements, working to absorb dirt, oil and impurities while densifying each follicle for enhanced strength, lift and thickness from the root.

Extracts of Baobab Leaf and Centifolia Rose Water impart a soft, supple texture, with antioxidant properties to help combat free radical damage and protect colour vitality. Tresses are left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, with superior volume and body.

Free from parabens, silicone, SLS and colorants.

On wet hair: use a tablespoon worth of product (more or less, depending on the length of your hair) rub into your palms, and apply all over your hair. With a delicate touch, make circular motions until you feel the paste turn to foam, and make sure you lift the roots.

Add a little water, emulsify, and rinse abundantly.

For an intensified effect: let it sit for 2 minutes before you rinse. Then, apply the volumizing conditioner to lengths and ends.

Loving this

I have extremely fine hair and I am always looking for products that really work, not only claim they do. I have tested many shampoos, conditioners, root lifters etc and very few of them work for me. This paste is excellent and really does the job for my type of hair.

AMAZING!

Got a sample in Sept LF Beauty Box. It is a WONDER product! It did make the roots feel rough when brushing, but so has any root lift product i've ever used. However, once hair was dried (and I did no special head upside down/roof lift brushes etc) my hair is bouncy and lifted, soft & so shiny. Will be defo purchasing a full size product.

Not for me

I got this product in my monthly box and was excited to try it, however I have dry and fairly thick hair already. It lathered up beautifuly and smelt gorgeous, but once rinsed out my hair felt awful, so very dry and rough. Not manageable at all and even worse once styled! It's such a shame as I love the other Christophe products. This would perhaps be a fantastic product for those with oily prone and fine hair, but not for the likes of me unfortunately. I couldn't wait to wash and treat my hair again 

Luxurious Treat For Your Hair

Although this product is quite expensive, you need so little for each application it is actually good value. I use this as a weekly treat rather than for every wash, and find the effects last well. After using this product my hair is soft and volumised without being fluffy, and smells great too.

Not great

I wanted to love this, but no. I have reasonably fine colour treated hair (though in good condition), so really wanted to add volume and the smell is delicious so I was really looking forward to trying it out. I washed my hair, conditioned and followed the instructions on the pot. It lathers up brilliantly and I maybe used a little more than I needed, but after rinsing it out my hair felt so dry and straw like (even dripping wet) and didn't get better once air dried. I can barely get my fingers through it let alone a brush. Plenty of volume but so very dry, and my hair feels like it'll snap if I try to style it so I wouldn't buy a full size. Shame because CR are usually so good.

Nice but didn't do wonders on my hair

The thing is that when using expensive, better quality products the expectations are high! I was really excited to try this when I got it on my beauty box.I have fine,straight hair and this product works but didn't do wonders on my hair! After using it for the first time my hair look cleaner and light.The smell is amazing and I really like the consistency of the paste turning into foam.It feels like a spa at home.The only thing I didn't like is that it left my hair more tangled than usual -even though I used a conditioner and it was harder to blow dry.Maybe this product would have better results on oily hair as I find it leaves normal hair a bit more dry.

Disappointing

I was really keen to use this when opening my beauty box. It looks like gritty mud, but foams up abundantly and smells beautiful. The results however were not great, it left my hair very tangled which even my Christophe robin anti oxidant conditioner didn't Correct. My hair was also very difficult to blow dry, my brush would not go through it easily. Therefore I would not use this product again

Cloud hair

I have fine curly hair and have never really worried about volume before, usually I try to avoid it. I got a sample of this and really wasnt sure what to expect. I try to use products that are good for curly hair and it does have a sulfate that I would normally avoid but I guess this gives the amazing cloud like foam! My roots did feel light after using and i like the soft bubbles a lot  i get greasy hair at the roots so it feels like they get a good scrub. Someone did comment that my hair looked nice yesterday after I used it. I will see how this sample is and whether my hair feels dry before i buy the full size but so far so good.
