Leave cap on. Remove foil.
Firmly press inner bulb twice to release Vitamin C powder into the soothing emulsion.
Shake 15 seconds, and before each use.

On my 3rd Clinique 7 day system,it's easy to put into your beauty regimen I bought this in desperation as my skin was in a bad state.
