Destroyed my hair, so upset.

I’ve been on a real hair journey the last year making my hair as healthy as possible. I’ve been trying different companies keratin/shine treatments and had fantastic results (o’wow being one of them) and thought I would try this. Biggest mistake I’ve ever made! I followed the instructions to the letter, even setting timers and washing different sections of my hair off at different times. Setting an alarm for 25 minutes when rinsing so there was definitely no product left in. My hair is so frazzled and dry I am absolutely devastated. I’ve lost at least 6 months progress. I actually feel like crying. Please do not buy this product, even if you do everything correctly it will ruin your hair!

Terrible product-so not buy

Terrible product. Do not buy. Your hair will be badly damaged, left dry and dull. Almost impossible to brush after shampoo, requires a lot of conditioner. The condition of my hair has definitely deteriorated since I have applied the product. In addition the hair is straight but with patches and it requires more time to dry due to hair getting tangled. Very disappointing and damaging for your hair.
