Helps to sooth irritated red bumps
I find this works better in the layers of the skins as it’s absorbed I have noticed my skins is more visibly less bumpy and red however if I was to compare it to the cerave SA smoothing cream it doesn’t peel the dead rough skin as much but has shown me the most results.

My advice is - less is more, first time I used it I put way to much on and it left an oily layer. This is such a bargain and a dermatological staple.
