I have suffered with dry scalp, itchness, excema in my scalp to the point where it was painful to even wash my hair due to the open wounds in my scalp because I itched it that much! I was so irritated and needed something ! My scalp is so sensitive I’ve tried everything prescribed by the doctor and over the counter and nothing has worked or it has made it worse.. however this shampoo is amazing!! I’ve only used it twice but the itchness has calmed down, I can sleep better because my scalp isn’t irritated! It doesn’t make my hair greasy so I only need to wash it every other day and it has totally calmed my scalp down! I can’t believe the difference within 2 washes! The only product that works!
I have tried every prescription based anti-dandruff shampoo on the market -nothing worked for my scalp psoriasis. This is the only product that has ever worked for me! From the first wash, I noticed a massive improvement in terms of the amount of flakes, itchiness and tightness of scalp. Unlike prescription-based shampoos, it has a pleasant smell and left my hair feeling gently cleansed and not at all overloaded and greasy. The only thing that has proven effective at keeping eczema flare-ups on my scalp at bay. I don't need to use it all the time, but if I stop using it periodically, the problem returns. It isn't a cure, but it helps so much and it doesn't seem to cause any other issues like being sore on the quality of my hair or the colour (dyed). A little goes a long way, despite it not being as frothing as "normal" shampoos, although it isn't as hard to get used to in that respect as some low sulphate shampoos. The only reason I swap it out for alternatives is I've had a separate issue with stress-related hair loss and sometimes like to use a more "cosmetic" shampoo aimed at volumising.

I bought this shampoo for my boyfriend as he'd tried many others but still was suffering with dandruff/flakyness. This shampoo has worked and continued to work for quite a few months now. There's a huge difference. The reason why I haven't given it a 5 star review is because I think it's quite pricey for the size bottle you get. Although it's great when it's discounted on here!
