My new perfect shade

I was luckily enough to be at a filming studio where they used the shade Please Me on my lips and instantly fell in love, it’s a gorgeous pink shade that accentuates the lip without looking too neon or young. I always wear lip balm underneath my lipsticks but this didn’t dry out and lasted for several hours without smudging. Another favourite from MAC!

Favourite red lipstick

Mac Ruby Woo matte lipstick is the best red lipstick ever. The shade is perfect for pale skin and dark hair. This has amazing staying power but can be a touch drying.

Nice Lipstick

I bought this in two shades: Pink Nouveu and Girl About Town. They're both long lasting and quite creamy. The colours are really bright, and while I can't speak for the more neutral tones, they can be worn lightly and look more natural or you can build it up for a shock of colour.

Lovely Nude

MAC lipsticks are great, most of us already know that. This is a beautiful brown nude, which feels really nourishing on your lips. Not a massive nude fan as I'm very pale and need some colour on my lips, but this works a treat. Will buy again.
