Formulated with Colour-Flex Technology, the lip colour combines esters and mattifying powders for a liquid-suede texture that is lightweight and easy to wear. Non-caking, non-flaking, non-smudging and non-budging, the lip colour features a doe foot applicator for definition, contouring and seamless application.

MAC's 'Retro Matte' lip finish delivers fully saturated, non-transferrable colour.

MY EXPERIENCE - LIQUID LIPSTICK

From many years I have loved MAC Matte Lipsticks and would never change them for anything. I recently got married earlier this year and fancied a new lipstick for my big day, something which would be long lasting, non-drying etc. I wasn't a fan of liquid lipsticks because I thought they were never matte, even if the packaging states it is! So one day I stepped out of my comfort zone and researched the Retro Matte Liquid Lipsticks and found that the colours were vibrant. I picked up the courage to try it on and instantly fell in love with them! I noticed that they were non-drying, non-flaky and lasted all day! The makeup artist I used for my big day applied the MAC Retro Matte Liquid Lipstick around 6am in the morning - I didn't top up all day!!! I even drank lots of water and ate and to my amazement it didn't wear off or smudge. I now have almost every colour and being a makeup artist myself, its definitely my go-to lipstick. Its also very easy to apply on yourself or clients if your a makeup artist. It is the only lipstick I recommend if you love a Matte texture :)

MAC matte lipstick

Just perfect matte lipstick, which lasts on your lips for long time! Easy to apply on lips, looks very stunning. Without specific strong smell, no need to apply many coats of it on lips, one coat is just enough. This is the first MAC lipstick I bougt and it deffinetly worth it's price. I will buy more colours for sure.
