Step 1: After cleansing in the evening, smooth a pea-sized amount of Sleep Glycolic onto the face, neck and décolletage - avoiding the eye area. Some slight skin tingling is normal.
Step 2: Follow with other serums and night moisturiser. Leave on overnight. As Sleep Glycolic is directly active on your skin, it should be the second step in your evening skincare routine (after cleansing). Layer all other serums and moisturisers on top.

Little known secret
I have only recently invested in Medik8 sleep glycolic but as with all the Medik8 products I have tried I have been quited impressed and wondering why I had not tried it before. My skin texture has improved and a sun spot on the side of my face has greatly faded. A bit of tingling when first applied but nothing major. I alternate the Medik8 retinal 10 with the sleep glycolic and I have not suffered from any reaction or dry skin. Just lovely bright skin.
