I have dry to sensitive skin and never had issue with blemish apart from getting one spot in a year or so. I tried so many things to get rid of blemishes but nothing worked. I’ve tried so many spot gels or creams over the years but this is by far the best for zapping those pesky spots. Dries them out overnight. If using regularly it can make my skin a little flaky but this has only happened on a couple of occasions so think I probably applied too much. The bottle is only tiny so surprised at first but it lasts a long time as you only need a very small amount.
