LOVE THE MINTY FRESH FEELING

I've never had a conditioner that smells like mint before and I love it! It also leaves a nice tingle on your scalp afterwards which I love. The actual results of the conditioner were great, leaving my bleached hair feeling soft and healthy and a little goes a long way. Highly recommend!

Reformulated

I was a devotee of Pureology Hydrate and Clean Volume ranges until very recently. The whole range has now been reformulated (Clean Volume has been renamed Sheer Volume) and for me it’s not an improvement. The new Sheer Volume leaves my hair dry, flat and straw-like, and both it and the new version of Hydrate make my scalp itch like crazy. Very disappointed and I’m now on the hunt for another good sulphate-free haircare range.

Softening but smelly

I used this conditioner alongside the shampoo. My hair was ultra smooth and soft after drying and my ends looked a lot healthier. The problem lies within the smell... the shampoo reminds me of a vintage perfume (not a nice one) sort of floral but old. The conditioner is peppermint and makes your scalp cool when on which for me, isn’t pleasant. The minty smell isn’t quite strong enough to make the smell overpowering but weirdly at the same time, not strong enough to leave at least a nice minty scent in the hair when dry. If they changed the scent of this set, it’s get 5 stars from me!! It’s a very pricey purchase but the results are worth it, shane about the smell.
