Helped my rosacea
I have mild rosacea and this has really helped reduce redness and a recent flare up of pimples on my cheeks. I don’t love the texture when it’s been applied (very mattifying) but apparently that’s the case with Azelaic acids and doesn’t stop me using it.

I feel that there is not a product of this brand that I didn't love, including this one. It really does the job to even the tone of your skin and smooth it out. It helped both redness and acne, including reduction of the appearance of acne scars. It runs faster than their other products, but considering the price, I don't see it as an issue.

This is excellent for rosacea bumps. My self esteem was in the gutter before I used this. I use metronidazole CREAM (prescribed by GP) in the day and this at night, apply generously. I’ve been dealing with rosacea for about 18 months. Azelaic acid helped tone down the redness and breakouts. It causes some purging in the beginning but it’s normal and means it works. Need a moisturiser on top though
