I love Westlab bath salts and buy the Epsom ones by kilograms, but thought I’d try these as a treat. Lovely fragrance, nice calming effect on the body, and gentle enough for my sensitive skin. The ziplock closing was sadly damaged, so I had to transfer to an airtight container but not taking any stars off for faulty packaging, because the actual salts are fab.

Sleep Bath Salts

These are great value for money, especially when on offer. Sprinkled a couple of handfuls into my bath water and enjoyed a relaxing soak - so much so I nearly fell asleep in the water...!! The scent is very soothing and relaxing, and the skin benefits from the mineral content. I suffer with itchy legs and this has so far helped to lessen the irritation. I would not hesitate to buy these again.

This product definitely works in soothing muscles and minor aches and pains. Just make sure you use enough in the bath. Lovely pure lavender scent that lingers, very relaxing. I wish they’d do a larger size bag though.
