Apply a pea-size amount on the eyelid using the doe foot applicator. Then, blend using a clean fingertip or a flat shadow brush from lash line up to the brow bone. Allow for Shadow Insurance Primer to dry, then blend shadow effortlessly on top.
Tip: To help eliminate smudging on the lower lash line apply a small amount of Shadow Insurance Primer using a clean fingertip or a flat shadow brush. Follow with eye shadow, eye liners, and mascara, if desired.

I have really oily lids and always struggle with keeping anything on them, I’ve tried a few primers but never thought much of them but this is the one for me!
